1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

1.2 Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.3 Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us.
  • Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

1.4 Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
